Pessoal, só para relatar um ocorrido muito infeliz com a Wintrade. Eu fiz o envio dos documentos pedidos à Wintrade há 2 semanas. Neste documento, ficou faltando o nome do meu pai e a foi pedida uma nova cópia do RG. Eu fiz 2 contatos para verificar que somente estava faltando estes documentos. Eu queria ter certeza, pois preciso ficar pagando sedex de Florianópolis toda vez que eu o envio. Agora, após enviar uma segunda vez os documentos pedidos, com TUDO o que me foi pedido para corrigir, foi-me informado que à minha assinatura agora não estava compatível. Eu fiz a mesma assinatura que no primeiro documento enviado, por que não me avisaram. Querem que eu enviei uma terceira vez. Estão loucos. A EMPRESA É UMA ZONA!Hummmm... Vc já investe ou está começando agora? Se está começando agora liga lá e agradece por não terem aberto a sua conta pq se tivesse começado a operar 2 semanas atrás talvez não estivesse somente com raiva da corretora.
